Cooling tunnel with cutting system

Cooling tunnel uses process steam for cooling cooked pet food. Tunnel is equipped with cutting system which allows for fragmentation of pet food. Machine is a part of production line for pet food and it works with other devices in pet food manufacturing process.  Cooling tunnel is designed as a framed structure, made of acid resistant steel profiles with subassemblies that support production process on cooling stage.

Main components of cooling tunnel:

  • Upper cover
  • Transmission shaft of belt integrated with motoreducer
  • Driven shaft with wire net tension unit
