Injection mold and molded parts
The design of the injection mold is one of the more complex stages of implementation. We must take into account all agreements and design assumptions, the method of disassembly, the number of cavities in the mold, and the projected number of cycles – ensuring that production is not only feasible but also cost-effective for the client.
In our tool shop, we manufacture molds using modern CNC machining centers, utilizing EDM machines, grinders, polishers, and laser engraving – depending on the surface finish required by the client. Our own injection molding facility also allows us to conduct tool trials and quickly respond to any potential issues.
