Device made of acid-resistant steel for volumetric dosing of pet food into cans.

Hygienic Design – the device has been designed and manufactured according to the strict requirements and directives of EHEDG, ensuring not only high quality but also maintaining hygiene during the dosing process.

The device ensures high efficiency, enabling fast and effective dosing of products into cans – maximum capacity: 13,000 cans/h.

The machine can be quickly reconfigured for different can diameters and heights, allowing the device to be adapted to various production needs and packaging types without the need for complicated adjustments.

Interchangeable filling chambers, auger, bands, and star for different types of cans.

Dosing speed adjustment via frequency inverter.

Two dosing speeds in case of overfilling of the hopper.

Removable buffer with the option to close during operation.

Control is carried out via a touchscreen HMI panel, and the intuitive software facilitates configuration and monitoring of the dosing process.
