Project implementation stages

Project objective and needs definition

Based on discussions with the client, their vision, provided documentation, drawings, and models, we define the project's objectives and optimal solutions.

Concept

We develop the concept of the machine, device, or product. We determine the processes, technologies, and solutions we will use to achieve the project's objectives.

Acceptance

We present the client with an offer that includes a complete description and analysis of the device's construction, the operation of the line, or the production of molded parts.

Execution

After the client approves the proposed assumptions, we proceed to design the machine (3D), perform calculations, analyze risks, and select materials. We create technical documentation and pass it on to production.

Control

At each stage of production, we conduct inspections that allow for full oversight of the process and prevent any discrepancies from arising.

Delivery

Dostarczamy maszynę, linię produkcyjną Klientowi. Podłączamy, uruchamiamy, testujemy w miejscu docelowym. Przekazujemy dokumentację techniczną, deklarację zgodności. Wykonujemy przeglądy okresowe.
