PTFE belt with Kevlar fibers and an alligator-type connector facilitating quick removal and replacement of the belt.

The frame construction made of acid-resistant steel profiles ensures not only durability but also meets the highest sanitary standards.

The frame with an upper drain tank (easier maintenance of cleanliness) and a steam supply system (precise control during cooking).

Option to execute with a lower drain tank, which increases flexibility and allows adaptation to various production needs.

Movable insulated upper cover with a steam supply system.

Insulated lower cover – protects against heat loss and maintains a stable internal temperature.

The tunnel is equipped with a steam exhaust system.

The drive drum is powered by a geared motor, with the passive drum and belt tension system.

Food dosing die in various options: 2x600mm, 2x500mm, or 1x1000mm; die holes in options: 5x10, 8x16.5mm, 10x11mm.

Automatic belt guidance mechanism.

Adjustment of the amount of supplied technological steam via two ARI actuators, providing steam in two places – in the upper cover and in the two locations in the lower tank.

Temperature regulation through PID control of the technological steam amount, with temperature measurement in the upper cover and lower tank.
