Servo-driven conveyor for jigsaw bodies

The main function of the jigsaw bodies servo-driven conveyor is moving the jigsaw bodies to the injection moulding machine work area. The operator puts the workpiece on the plug placed on a servo-driven cart. After removing hands from the area isolated with a light curtain, the operator starts the process. The workpieces are transported into the work area of the robotic arm equipped in a double-sided rotating gripper. The robot receives the workpieces and moves them into the injection moulding machine, where the injection of gum onto the jigsaw handle takes place. Gripper structure allows for putting the workpieces onto the permanent part of the form with one side and then receiving ready workpieces from the moving part with the other side. Workpieces are moved onto the receiving conveyor and put down after tilting and rotating the gripper.

Servo-driven conveyor for jigsaw bodies consists of a frame, enclosed work area of the robot, linear guide rail with plug cart and a drive, cover of the receiving area with light curtains, electrical box with HMI panel. The enclosure of the work area is equipped with upper sliding cover. Servo-driven conveyor is adapted to work with belt conveyor of 600 mm width.
